To minimize the environmental impact and acknowledge our responsibility to the earth, Sentera hereby confirms, that our products produced in the EU territory comply with the restrictions of SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) in EC 1907/2006 (REACH -- Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulated by the European Union.
Our policy is very simple: we do not want SVHC’s in the products that we produce.
This letter is to confirm that Sentera meets applicable REACH requirements and duties on the entire EU Market. Sentera’s approach and processes are compliant in full with
Guidance for Suppliers of Articles and final ruling issued by ECHA regarding the definition of
Under the laws, governing chemical substances, the electronic components used in our products, are considered as articles. Substances contained in these articles must be registered only if they could be released under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. The substances contained in electronic components are usually not intended to be released. Therefore, Sentera does not intend to register any substances
Any information supplied by Sentera in relation to SVHCs is provided
as is according to information given by our suppliers and manufacturers of the articles, without any warranty whatsoever, such as all warranties implied in law, including the warranties of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose.
Sentera will frequently review the ECHA
Candidate List for additions and updates and act accordingly in compliance with REACH regulations.
IIn the extremely unlikely situation, that a Sentera product is found to contain SVHCs, Sentera will comply with the notification procedures to the authorities and recipients required under REACH legislation. In the meantime, Sentera will also use its best efforts to update the design and eliminate the SVHC in the products.
