Destratification fan control
Destratification units or ceiling fans balance the air temperature nearby the ceiling and at the floor level. These fans are often used in large halls with high ceilings to reduce heating costs by preventing large temperature differences between floor and ceiling level. Typical applications are production halls, warehouses, musea, etc. Destratification controllers measure temperatures at ceiling and floor levels to optimise fan speed based on the temperature difference.

Destratification | EC fans | IP54
The air layers are mixed using ceiling fans with EC motors. The controller can directly control EC motors via an analogue output signal, with 0–10 V as the default analogue output type. It measures the temperature near the floor and ceiling using PT500 sensors and adjusts the ceiling fans accordingly to optimise the destratification process.

Destratification | AC fans | 1.5A | IP54
Air mixing is achieved using ceiling fans with AC motors, with a maximum current of 1.5 A. The destratification controller uses PT500 sensors to measure the temperature at floor and ceiling level. Based on these measurements, it sends a 0–10 V analogue output signal to the AC motor fan speed controller, which adjusts the ceiling fan speed accordingly to optimise air mixing and destratification
