Solution description

Temperatures at the ceiling and floor level are measured by two temperature sensors with stainless steel probes 85 mm. The higher the difference between both temperatures, the higher the AC fan speed. The combined maximum speed per output is 3 A. There are two regulated outputs available. This destratification controller requires a separate Ethernet/WiFi gateway (IP30) to monitor data and upload firmware.

Description

TCMF8-302DM

1 U.

Upgrade your HVAC system with the TCMF8-302DM, an advanced controller for precise AC fan speed control in single-phase motor systems. This device offers a maximum motor current of 3 A per output (2 x 3 A), ensuring optimal efficiency. It automatically adjusts fan speed based on real-time data from up to four connected sensors via a Power over Modbus (PoM) RJ45 jack. The TCMF8-302DM provides unmatched flexibility with two analog inputs, two analog outputs, and two tacho inputs, allowing for tailored customization. Firmware can be easily downloaded via your personal SenteraWeb cloud platform. While it lacks an integrated internet gateway, it is compatible with an optional Sentera gateway for seamless connection to SenteraWeb. After downloading the firmware, you can choose between standalone operation or a permanent cloud connection.

DTS-M-080

1 U.

The DTS-M series consists of digital temperature sensors and transmitters designed for air ducts, operating on 24 VDC with Power over Modbus (PoM). Sensor Range: Measures temperatures between -30 to 70 °C. Modbus RTU Communication: Measured temperature data is transmitted via Modbus RTU. Easy Wiring: Both power supply and Modbus RTU connections are made via a single RJ45 socket. Power Supply: Powered by 24 VDC over Modbus (PoM). Durable Design: Features a low-maintenance and easy-to-clean construction. It has an IP65 protection standard. Operating Environment ConditionsTemperature: -30 to 70 °C. Relative Humidity: 5 to 95% rH (non-condensing). DTS-M series sensors are compatible with various temperature control systems and are ideal for reliable temperature monitoring in air ducts.

Tool to mount DTS series digital temperature sensors on a surface or on a wall. DTS sensors are often used to measure air temperature in ducts. This mounting bracket makes it possible to measure ambient temperature with a DTS temperature sensor.

ADPT-3RJ-TB

1 U.

Terminal block to RJ45 adapter for Modbus RTU networks. The terminal block is connected to 3 RJ45 sockets. This adapter distributes 24 Volt supply voltage and Modbus RTU communication. It helps to minimise branches in the Modbus RTU network lines. It is useful to add Sentera products with terminal block to a Modbus RTU network using RJ45 connectors. It simplifies wiring and guarantees reliable contacts.

DIG-M-2

1 U.

The DIG-M-2 Gateway is designed to connect Sentera devices to the SenteraWeb online HVAC platform. It provides a means of communication between the devices and the platform, allowing remote monitoring, data logging and adjustment of settings via the internet. The gateway can be connected to the Sentera devices using either an Ethernet cable or a Wi-Fi network. It is equipped with an RJ45 connector, which serves as a connection point for both Modbus RTU communication and the 24 VDC supply voltage. This enables the devices to communicate with the gateway and receive power from it. Once connected to the SenteraWeb platform, the gateway enables remote access and control of the connected HVAC devices. Users can monitor data, such as temperature, humidity and other relevant parameters, and make adjustments to the settings as needed. The platform also supports data logging, allowing for historical data analysis and system optimization. The gateway is designed to be mounted on a DIN rail. This allows for easy installation and integration into existing setups.
