Dual pressure transmitter with display 1000 Pa - 24 VAC or VDC supply


DPD pressure transmitters have two inputs to measure differential pressure or air volume flow. Air velocity readout is available by connecting external Pitot tube connection sets: PSET-PTS-200. The 7-segment LED display visualises the measurements. The measured values are transmitted via two analogue outputs and via Modbus RTU. The output types are selectable: 0-10 VDC / 0-20 mA / 0-100 % PWM. All parameters can be adjusted via Modbus RTU. A typical application is to monitor volume flow of supplied and extracted air in a ventilation system or AHU. The supply voltage is 24 VAC or 24 VDC. It can be used in the range of 0 to 1.000 Pa.

In general, the difference is the supply voltage: -M version: The –M versions are Power over Modbus supplied with 24 VDC via an RJ45 socket. They do not feature a physical out, however, there is an output value generated and read via Modbus RTU. When combining multiple Sentera products via Modbus RTU, we advise to use –M or -F series. -F version: The –F version is supplied with 18 - 34 VDC via a terminal block and features physical outputs. The -F version of the product is not suited for 3-wire connection. It has separate grounds for power supply and analogue output. Connecting both grounds together might result in incorrect measurements. Minimum 4 wires are required to connect -F type sensors. When combining multiple Sentera products via Modbus RTU, we advise to use –M or -F series. -H version: The –H version is a combination of –M and –F series. They can be supplied via Power over Modbus (24 VDC via an RJ45 socket) or via the terminal block, whichever the customer prefers. The –H series also features physical outputs via the terminal blocks. -G version: The –G version features 18 – 34 VDC or 15 – 24 VAC. The -G version is intended for 3-wire connection and features a ‘common ground’. This means that the ground of the analogue output is internally connected with the ground of the power supply. In case a Sentera sensor will be connected to other, non-Sentera branded products, we advise to use –G series.
