Solution description

Variable air volume flow for EC fans. EC fan speed is automatically controlled to keep the differential pressure constant. The differential pressure setpoint can be adjusted via Modbus RTU. In case of clogged air filters or increasing demand for fresh air supply, the fan speed will increase to maintain the differential pressure constant. All settings - including the differential pressure range - can be adjusted via Modbus RTU.

Description

HPS-F-1K0 -2

1 U.

This sensor is designed to measure differential pressure within a range of 0 to 1,000 Pa. It can also be used to measure air volume flow or air velocity. The device operates on a 24 VDC supply voltage. Measured values are transmitted through a single analog output and Modbus RTU communication. The analog output is selectable, with options for 0-10 VDC, 0-20 mA, or 0-100% PWM. Four LED indicators provide a visual display of the sensor's status and measured values. The differential pressure range and all other settings are fully adjustable via Modbus RTU.

RDCV9-AD-BK

1 U.

The RDCV fan speed controller is a digital potentiometer for residential ventilation applications, designed for precise and flexible control. It features a modern design with an intuitive three-button interface and a LED display. The controller is suitable for operating EC fans, AC fan speed controllers, frequency inverters, and damper actuators. Fan speed is manually adjusted via a simple three-button interface and the output can be continuously variable or divided in 2 to 10 equal steps, with adjustable minimum and maximum values. The controller supports Modbus RTU communication and operates on a supply voltage of 110 to 230 VAC. The modern anthracite enclosure supports both surface and flush mounting. RDCV offers a versatile solution for modern ventilation systems that require accurate control and flexible installation options.

SEPS8-24-40

1 U.

A 24 Volt supply module is an electronic device that converts an input voltage of 230 VAC to a 24 VDC output voltage. It is frequently used in a variety of applications, including industrial automation, medical equipment, and building automation. This switching power supply can alter an 85-264 VAC input voltage into a 24 VDC output voltage. It can supply loads up to 40 Watts. Your electrical installation is more secure because of the overload and overvoltage protection. The load can be connected using either an RJ45 connector or a screw terminal block. Due to its firm enclosure, which offers IP65 protection against the ingress of water and dirt, is the installation of this power supply in harsh environments possible. In comparison to linear power supplies, switching power supplies are more efficient, lighter, and more compact (due to their transformer-free design). Because of their high efficiency, they produce less heat and contribute to greater energy savings.

PSET-PVC-200

1 U.

Set of nozzles and PVC tubes to connect a differential pressure sensor or controller to the ductwork. It contains 2 plastic nozzles (L 66.6 mm, D 6 mm) and 2 flexible, transparent PVC tubes with a length of 2 m and a maximum working pressure of 10.000 Pa. The screws to fix the nozzles in standard ductworks are also included. This set is designed for HVAC applications and can be used in combination with differential pressure transmitters, controllers or switches.
