Solution description

Differential pressure control for AC fan with single phase motor. The maximum motor current is 2,5 A. The desired pressure setpoint can be adjusted via Modbus RTU communication. The differential pressure range can be adjusted between 0 and 1.000 Pa. Fan speed controller and motor will operate exceptionally quiet. Fan speed is regulated to maintain the differential pressure constant at the desired setpoint. The TK monitoring function disables the motor in case of motor overheating.

Description

VFSC9-25-FC

1 U.

Exceptionally quiet fan speed control for single-phase motors. The (combined) maximum motor current is 2,5 A. AC fan speed can be adjusted remotely via the analogue input or via Modbus RTU communication. The analogue input type is selectable. The fan speed is controlled by varying the motor voltage via Pulse Width Modulation - IGBT technology. The TK monitoring function disables the motor in case motor overheating is detected. The supply voltage is 110-240 VAC / 50-60 Hz. A remote start - stop command can be generated via the digital input. No configuration is required - easy to use! Extra silent motor operation is guaranteed thanks to the technology used!

DPSPF-1K0 -2

Differential pressure controller with display for fans. A typical application is Variable Air Volume flow or VAV control. The supply voltage is 24 VDC. The operating range is 0 to 1.000 Pa. It controls fan speed to maintain differential pressure or air volume flow constant at the set point. Air velocity control is also possible in combination with a Pitot tube connection set: PSET-PTX. The setpoint can be adjusted via Modbus RTU communication. The sensor output controls EC fans, frequency inverters or AC fan speed controllers via 0-10 V. Another output type can be selected if necessary. The 7-segment LED display and the four LED indicators provide a clear visual indication of the transmitter status and the controlled values. The differential pressure setpoint and all other settings can be adjusted via Modbus RTU.

A 24 Volt supply module is an electronic device that converts an input voltage of 230 VAC to a 24 VDC output voltage. It is frequently used in a variety of applications, including industrial automation, medical equipment, and building automation. This switching power supply can alter an 85-264 VAC input voltage into a 24 VDC output voltage. It can supply loads up to 40 Watts. Your electrical installation is more secure because of the overload and overvoltage protection. The load can be connected using either an RJ45 connector or a screw terminal block. Due to its firm enclosure, which offers IP65 protection against the ingress of water and dirt, is the installation of this power supply in harsh environments possible. In comparison to linear power supplies, switching power supplies are more efficient, lighter, and more compact (due to their transformer-free design). Because of their high efficiency, they produce less heat and contribute to greater energy savings.

PSET-PVC-200

Set of nozzles and PVC tubes to connect a differential pressure sensor or controller to the ductwork. It contains 2 plastic nozzles (L 66.6 mm, D 6 mm) and 2 flexible, transparent PVC tubes with a length of 2 m and a maximum working pressure of 10.000 Pa. The screws to fix the nozzles in standard ductworks are also included. This set is designed for HVAC applications and can be used in combination with differential pressure transmitters, controllers or switches.

EME5-20-2111

Motor maintenance switch with padlockable OFF-position. It can be used to ensure safe working conditions while performing maintenance tasks and to cut a motor off from the electrical grid. The (combined) maximum load is 3 kW. The forced open contacts fulfil load break requirements up to 690 VAC. This makes them also suitable as motor emergency-OFF switches or as enclosed main switches for individual electrical loads. The switchgear is housed in a moulded enclosure with an IP65 sealing. This switch has 2 poles and one normal open and one normal closed auxiliary contact. Manufacturers code: Kripal UKPN1-2P20A/11
