DIN rail mounted 24 Volt power supply module is an electrical device used to convert input voltage (typically AC mains voltage or a different DC voltage) into a stable 24 VDC (volts of direct current) output voltage and is designed to be mounted on DIN rails in electrical cabinets. This power supply delivers a 24 VDC, making it compatible with a wide range of electronic devices and systems.

The device accepts an input voltage of 85–264 VAC / 50–60 Hz and the maximum load of 36 W can be connected to it. Use of the terminal block is possible for connecting the load. The supply module is protected by an IP20 enclosure and the safety of your electrical installation is increased by the overload and overvoltage protection.

Mounting requirements24 v power supply module
The appropriate mounting orientation for the unit is vertical, with the input terminals located at the bottom and the output terminals at the top. Other mounting orientations, such as upside down, horizontal, or table-top mounting, are not allowed.
Make sure that all strands of each stranded wire enter the terminal connection and the screw terminals are securely fixed to prevent poor contact; ensure each contact is connected to wires to prevent excessive current stress on a single contact. Use wires that can withstand temperatures of at least 80 °C. The recommended wire strapping length is 6 mm. Use a 3 mm slotted screwdriver.
Always mount the DHDR8-24-36 with input terminals down, or else sufficient cooling will not be possible. To attach it to the DIN rail you should tilt it slightly rearwards and secure it to the rail using the locking pin. 

Trimmer for voltage adjustment
The output voltage is adjusted using the trimmer on at the top side of the device.
