This smart room sensor provides comprehensive HVAC control by measuring temperature, relative humidity, and ambient light. The sensor offers selectable measurement ranges for both temperature and humidity. It controls devices like fans or dampers with a single analog output, which provides fan speed control based on the measured values. The output type is also selectable.
An integrated ambient light sensor enables the control of ventilation based on room occupancy.
The device features an 85–264 VAC / 50–60 Hz universal input voltage and is suitable for both flush and surface mounting.
All data and settings are accessible via Modbus RTU, which also allows for firmware updates using a bootloader. The sensor includes three LED status indicators with adjustable light intensity.

There is very little configuration necessary for this sensor. It can almost directly be used once it has been installed. Temperature and relative humidity are frequently region- and season-dependent. During installation, these parameters are still set to the correct values. The other default settings will most likely be adequate for most applications. They can, however, be adjusted via the respective Modbus registers if necessary. To make it compatible with other devices, you can choose a different output type, for example: Modbus RTU; 0-10 VDC; 0-20 mA; 0-100% PWM. The brightness of the LEDs used for status indication can also be adjusted. The Modbus register map contains a comprehensive list of all programmable settings.
