The Sentera Brand
Sentera Controls is a Belgian manufacturer of HVAC solutions founded in 1997. Our offices are based in Belgium, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Ukraine. The headquarters of the international Sentera Group is situated in Temse, Belgium. This location also houses the central warehouse, the purchasing department and production planning. The production plants for the electronics and plastics are located in Bulgaria. To effectively satisfy the needs of our customers across different regions and combine global presence with local support, our sales departments are spread throughout Europe.
The Sentera Controls brand holds a significant market share in the HVAC industry, however, in order to cater to the various preferences of our customers and to meet the market segment needs effectively, the products we manufacture are sold under different names. It is important to note that most of the products we provide undergo rebranding to align with the identities of the purchasing companies. That is why you may not always recognize our brand name prominently displayed on these products.

Our History
Jos Raskin, the Belgian entrepreneur, established the Sentera Group in 1997. The initial focus was on manufacturing and sales of electronic fan speed controllers. In the year of 2002, production shifted to Sentera Thracia in Bulgaria, which also became the primary sales and support centre for the Balkan area. In 2004, the product portfolio was expanded by introducing transformer fan speed controllers.

In 2007, Sentera Baltica was established to support and expand business operations in the Baltic area. The following year, in 2008, Sentera Plastics started operations, specialising in the development and manufacturing of enclosures, adding a new dimension to Sentera's capabilities and product offerings.
In 2011, Sentera ventured into the production of sensors tailored for the HVAC sector, further diversifying the portfolio and strengthening our relevance within the industry.
Two years later – in 2013 – Sentera took a big step forward by opening a new electronics production facility spanning 2,500 square metres in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This move underscored Sentera Group's dedication to growth and staying at the forefront of technology.
In 2016, Sentera began building a modern production facility for enclosures in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, aiming to improve the manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure. The following year, Sentera Sarmatia was established to provide assistance and foster business development in Ukraine, underscoring our commitment for expansion in the region and serving our customers effectively.
In 2018, Sentera Plastics opened a new production site next to its existing premises, emphasizing the company's focus on innovation and expanding its facilities. Subsequently, in 2022, Sentera introduced SenteraWeb, a cloud platform tailored for HVAC installations, highlighting its ongoing dedication to technological advancement and customer satisfaction.
