Solution description

Day-night controller with calendar function for fans with single-phase motor, equipped with thermal contacts. The maximum motor current is 7,5 A. Typically, it regulates fan speed in HVAC applications. Two optimal motor speeds can be programmed. The integrated timer with day-week program can activate one of both preconfigured motor speeds. The TK monitoring function deactivates the motor in case of overheating. The fan will automatically restart after a power faillure. The supply voltage is 230 VAC. Only for voltage controllable motors.

A calendar feature is included into this 5-step fan speed controller. It controls single-phase motors. The maximum combined current is 7,5 A. The speed of an AC fan is controlled by lowering the voltage of the motor via autotransformer technology. This method produces a motor voltage with a perfect sinusoidal form, ensuring silent motor running. There are two ideal motor speeds to choose from. The timer with day-week program has the ability to flip between them. In the event of overheating, the TK monitoring feature deactivates the motor. The motor will automatically resume after a power outage. Surface mounting is possible in indoor environments (IP54).
