Solution description

Variable speed control for AC fans with single-phase voltage controllable motor. The combined maximum motor current is 5 A. The AC fan speed can be adjusted via the built-in potentiometer. The fan can be (de)activated via the illuminated ON-OFF switch or via a remote switch. The supply voltage is 110-230 VAC. The TK monitoring function deactivates the motor in case of overheating. The fan speed is regulated by varying the motor voltage via phase angle control - Triac technology. During maintenance activities, the motor can be de-energised with the switch disconnector. This switch has a padlockable OFF position.

Description

ITRS9-50-DT

1 U.

This controller is designed to regulate single-phase, voltage-controlled motors up to 5.0 A. It provides precise fan speed control through a stepless voltage output and automatically detects power supply in the range of 110-240 VAC / 50-60 Hz, making it an ideal solution for HVAC systems. For enhanced safety and control, the device includes thermal contacts for motor protection and inputs for remote start/stop. You can also select between kick-start and soft-start modes via a jumper. The controller provides clear feedback with an illuminated on/off switch, LED indicators, and an alarm output. The minimum and maximum speeds are adjustable via internal trimmers. An unregulated output is also included for powering external devices.

EME5-20-4111

1 U.

Mains isolating switch with padlockable OFF-position. During maintenance activities, it can be locked in OFF position to guarantee safe working conditions and to make sure that the motor cannot be started up accidentally. The maximum load is 5.5 kW. The forced open contacts fulfil load break requirements up to 690 VAC. This means that even if the contacts are welded due to a short circuit, they are forced open to stop the power supply and create a safe situation. That's why they can be used as motor emergency-OFF switches. They can interrupt the motor power supply in all circumstances to create a safe situation. The switchgear is housed in a moulded enclosure with an IP65 sealing. This switch has 4 poles, one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact. Manufacturers code: Kripal UKPN1-4P20A/11
