Solution description

Constant pressure control for AC fans with single-phase motor. The maximum motor current is 1,5 A. The fan speed is automatically controlled to maintain the differential pressure constant. The differential pressure setpoint can be adjusted via Modbus RTU. In case of clogged air filters or increasing demand for fresh air supply, the fan speed will increase to maintain the differential pressure constant. Minimum and maximum fan speed can be adjusted via trimmers. If necessary, a remote start-stop command can be generated via an external switch (not included).

This 24 VDC switch mode power supply is DIN rail mounted and features a built-in Modbus RTU repeater. It offers protection against short circuit, overload and overvoltage. The maximum load is 900 mA or 20 W. The 24 VDC supply is only available via the output channel. All devices can be connected via terminal blocks or via the RJ45 connectors. The Modbus RTU communication of both channels is reinforced by the built-in half-duplex line repeater. The supply voltage is in the range of 85 to 264 VAC (50-60 Hz). This device is mounted on a DIN rail. The enclosure offers an IP20 protection against ingress of dust.

It controls differential pressure or air volume flow. Air velocity control is also possible in combination with a Pitot tube connection set: PSET-PTS-200. The analogue output can control EC fans, frequency inverters or AC fan speed controllers. The output type is selectable via Modbus RTU communication. The four LED indicators provide a visual indication of the transmitter status and the controlled values. The differential pressure setpoint and all other settings can be adjusted via Modbus RTU.

MVS is an electronic fan speed controller designed for single-phase, voltage-controlled motors with a maximum current of 1,5 A. It regulates fan speed by changing the motor voltage using phase-angle control with Triac technology. The controller has a housing for DIN rail mounting. The motor voltage can be controlled via an analogue input or through Modbus RTU. The type of analogue input is selectable via a DIP switch, allowing for either 0-10 VDC or 0-20 mA signals. A remote start/stop command can be generated via the digital input. The minimum and maximum speeds are adjustable via internal trimmers. The device also offers various operating modes, as well as Kick start or Soft start acceleration, all selectable via Modbus RTU. The unregulated output is activated when the motor is running.
