Solution description

Remote 5-speed control with mains isolating switch for single-phase motors. The maximum motor current is 10 A. Typically, it regulates fan speed in HVAC applications. The fan speed is remotely set via the external potentiometer. The AC fan speed can be adjusted from low to high in 5 steps. At zero position, the motor stops. The TK monitoring function deactivates the motor in case of overheating. During maintenance activities, the motor can be de-energised with the switch disconnector. This switch has a padlockable OFF position. We advise to keep the cable length between potentiometer and fan speed controller limited.

Description

STVS1100L22

1 U.

Transformer controller with 0-10V analog input. It controls single-phase motors. The maximum (combined) motor current may not exceed 10 A. The supply voltage is 230 V AC. Autotransformer technology regulates speed at five levels by reducing the motor voltage. These five levels are selected using an analog control signal (0-10 V) or an external potentiometer. The perfectly sinusoidal output voltage ensures quiet motor operation. The TK monitoring function stops the motor in case of overheating. The IP54 plastic housing allows surface mounting.

MTV-1-010-NA

1 U.

The MTV-1-010-NA is a potentiometer for the remote control of various HVAC equipment. It operates on a 230 VAC supply voltage and provides a 0-10 VDC output signal. The rotary knob offers continuous and precise control of devices like EC fans, damper actuators, and frequency inverters. The device intentionally lacks an OFF-position, ensuring the control signal never drops to 0 V. This is ideal for applications requiring continuous minimum air supply. It supports both inset mounting (IP44) and surface mounting (IP54).

EME5-20-2111

1 U.

Motor maintenance switch with padlockable OFF-position. It can be used to ensure safe working conditions while performing maintenance tasks and to cut a motor off from the electrical grid. The (combined) maximum load is 3 kW. The forced open contacts fulfil load break requirements up to 690 VAC. This makes them also suitable as motor emergency-OFF switches or as enclosed main switches for individual electrical loads. The switchgear is housed in a moulded enclosure with an IP65 sealing. This switch has 2 poles and one normal open and one normal closed auxiliary contact. Manufacturers code: Kripal UKPN1-2P20A/11
