Solution description

Manual controller for AC fans with single-phase voltage controllable motor. The maximum motor current is 0,5 A. Typically, it controls AC fan speed in HVAC applications. The fan speed can be adjusted via the potentiometer. This potentiometer has an OFF position. It controls fan speed from high to low. The supply voltage is 230 VAC. The fan speed is regulated by varying the motor voltage via phase angle control - Triac technology.
