Solution description

TVOC based fan speed control for AC fans with three-phase 230V motor. The maximum motor current is 7 A. AC fan speed is controlled automatically to keep air quality (TVOC), temperature and relative humidity in range. The ranges can be adjusted via Modbus RTU communication. In case the motor is equipped with a temperature sensor (TK or PTC), the motor temperature can be monitored. In case of overheating, the motor is disabled to prevent damage.

User-friendly frequency inverter to control fans or centrifugal pumps with three-phase 230 Volt motors. Typically, they are used in HVAC applications to regulate air flow or to control water pumps. This frequency drive requires a supply voltage of single-phase 230 Volt while it controls three-phase 230 Volt motors. This drive can control motors with a maximum (combined) current of 7.0 A. This frequency inverter can control three-phase 230 Volt IE3, IE4, permanent magnet, brushless DC or synchronous reluctance motors. The motor speed can be set via the intuitive keypad or via the inputs. It is possible to select a pre-defined motor speed by activating a digital input. Another option is to use a 0-10 Volt signal to define the motor speed. Configuration of this all is simplified via 14 basic parameters and application macro functions. The enclosure can be DIN rail mounted in an electrical cabinet. It offers an IP20 protection against ingress of dust. The integrated EMC filter is Class C1. Manufacturers code: ODE-3-120070-1F12

This sensor measures temperature, relative humidity, TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds), and ambient light, and is typically used in commercial and residential HVAC applications. Measurement and Output It measures temperature, relative humidity, TVOC, and ambient light levels. Measured values are transmitted via three analog outputs (0-10 V default, with selectable types available) and Modbus RTU. Control and Flexibility The ambient light sensor can be used to control the ventilation system based on room occupancy. All settings can be configured via Modbus RTU. The light intensity of the LEDs used for status indication is adjustable. Maintenance The TVOC sensor element can be replaced when necessary. This sensor offers comprehensive air quality monitoring and flexible control capabilities.

DIN rail mounted 24 Volt power supply module is an electrical device used to convert input voltage (typically AC mains voltage or a different DC voltage) into a stable 24 VDC (volts of direct current) output voltage and is designed to be mounted on DIN rails in electrical cabinets. This power supply delivers a 24 VDC, making it compatible with a wide range of electronic devices and systems. The device accepts an input voltage of 85–264 VAC / 50–60 Hz and the maximum load of 36 W can be connected to it. Use of the terminal block is possible for connecting the load. The supply module is protected by an IP20 enclosure and the safety of your electrical installation is increased by the overload and overvoltage protection. Some of the key sectors where this switching power supply can be used are building automation (e.g. HVAC controlling), industrial automation (e.g. providing stable power to sensors, controllers, etc.), renewable energy (e.g. solar power systems) or as laboratory equipment. Switching power supplies are comparing to the linear power supplies more efficient, lighter, and more compact (due to their transformer-free design). Because of their high efficiency, they produce less heat and contribute to greater energy savings.
