My name is Esra Seyfitinova and I hold a Master’s degree in Law, having graduated with honors from one of the largest law faculties in Bulgaria.

Even during my studies, I developed a strong interest in communication, negotiation and constructive dialogue. In 2024, I won second place in the National Mediation Competition-an achievement that solidified my passion for this field.

My professional journey began as a legal assistant and editor. This experience helped me develop analytical thinking, precision and the ability to process and structure large volumes of information-qualities that I continue to apply in my work today.

At Sentera, I am part of the marketing, content creation and business development team. I enjoy the opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creativity, creating content that presents the company's activities in a clear, professional and accessible way.
