Born in Antwerp, I developed a lifelong passion for sailing and hiking in the mountains. There I can relax and find inspiration for new projects. Armed with a master's degree in electronics engineering and another in business administration from the University of Antwerp, I embarked on a career in industrial automation.

For the first eight years, I thrived on advising clients and crafting technical solutions in industrial automation projects. Combining drive technology, sensors and control technology in different industrial sectors was extremely fascinating and allowed me to use my creativity. By consulting and providing training to customers, I was able to optimize my commercial skills.

In pursuit of new challenges, I transitioned to drive-technology, specializing in frequency inverters, electric motors, and gearboxes. As the country manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, I played a pivotal role in major projects spanning diverse industries. My focus on driving electric motors and leading a dynamic sales and marketing team defined this chapter of my career.

In 2016 I joined Sentera as sales and marketing director, a role that seamlessly aligned with my professional background. As of 2020, I have assumed the position of Managing Director for Sentera Europa, taking on broader responsibilities within the organization. Using my extensive experience in automation, drive systems and organizational structures, I work daily with sales, marketing and R&D teams to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. My journey continues as I strive to optimize Sentera's impact in the ever-evolving HVAC landscape.
