Product Safety & Integrity Statement
At Sentera, product safety is not negotiable, it is a core commitment embedded in every stage of manufacturing. Our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance. This guarantees safe, high-performance products that exceed customer expectations.
Safety is a standard, not an option
Product safety is a fundamental priority for Sentera. From first design to final product, we embed product integrity into every stage of development and production to ensure the highest levels of quality, reliability, and safety. This guarantees that our customers receive solutions and services that meet or exceed all applicable requirements and expectations.
Compliance with international standards and regulations
All our products are developed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant international and European safety standards and legislation, including – but not limited to:
- CE Marking
The CE marking is a certification that indicates a product complies with relevant EU legislation for safety, health, and environmental protection. It allows free movement of the product within the European Economic Area (EEA). - Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2014/35/EU
The LVD directive ensures that electrical equipment operating within certain voltage limits provides a high level of protection for users, particularly against electrical shock and fire hazards. - Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2014/30/EU
The EMC Directive ensures that electrical and electronic equipment does not generate, or is not affected by, electromagnetic disturbance. This is essential to ensure the proper functioning of devices when used together. - Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU
The RoHS directive limits the use of certain dangerous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, and others in electrical and electronic equipment to protect human health and the environment. - Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006
REACH is an EU regulation that addresses the production and use of chemical substances. It aims to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment, requiring manufacturers and importers to identify and manage risks linked to the substances they produce or sell.
Commitment to product safety and integrity
Our commitment to product safety and integrity goes beyond meeting regulatory obligations — it’s about protecting people, systems, and investments. This commitment is built on five key pillars: high quality, thorough risk analysis, rigorous in-house testing, safe installation and operation, and continuous improvement. Together, they form the foundation of our strategy to delivering reliable, safe, and high-performance products.
1. High quality
We work exclusively with trusted suppliers and select only high-quality raw materials to ensure consistent performance across our entire product range. Additionally, we take proactive measures to minimize risks related to long-term use, environmental exposure, and electromagnetic emissions that could affect surrounding equipment.

Additionally, we take proactive measures to minimize risks related to long-term use, environmental exposure, and electromagnetic emissions that could affect surrounding equipment.
2. Risk analysis
Each product undergoes comprehensive risk analysis during development. We identify and mitigate potential hazards such as electrical shock, overheating, electromagnetic interference, and improper use or installation. Our engineering teams apply fail-safe design principles where applicable and integrate features like overcurrent protection, thermal cut-offs, and fault detection systems.
3. In-house testing
Product quality and safety are carefully monitored throughout and after production. All device components are subjected to rigorous in-house testing to verify durability and performance. We maintain full traceability for components and materials and actively monitor field data to detect and resolve any emerging safety concerns.
4. Safe installation and operation
To support safe use, every product includes comprehensive installation manuals, safety warnings, and technical documentation. Installers and end-users are strongly advised to follow all instructions closely. Our devices are intended for professional use and must be installed by qualified personnel. Improper use, installation, or modification may void warranties and create safety risks.
5. Continuous improvement
Our production processes are regularly reviewed and improved — not only to enhance product performance, but also to stay aligned with evolving safety standards and industry best practices.
