Replacement circuit for SFPR1 and SFPR4 series
This electronic circuit board controls Sentera's SFPR series of transformer fan speed controllers. It is possible to switch between two optimal motor speeds (high/low operation) via an external contact. SFPR are transformer fan speed controllers with an output that controls a gas valve. An airflow sensor or a pressure relay is required to detect airflow (extraction fan). In case airflow is not detected within 60 seconds after the motor is started, the gas valve output is deactivated. Local safety regulations often dictate that gas can only be supplied after the kitchen hood exhaust fan above the stove has been activated. This makes the SFPR series the ideal fan speed controller for industrial kitchen hoods. Their TK monitoring function protects the motor against overheating.
