A room-temperature transmitter is a sensor in an enclosure that is designed for wall mounting. It measures the temperature within an indoor space and transmits this information to a monitoring system. Typically consists of a temperature sensor, such as a thermistor or a thermocouple, and a transmitter circuit that converts the temperature reading into an electrical signal. This allows for remote monitoring and control of temperature levels, enabling efficient energy management and ensuring optimal conditions within the space for the occupants. The measurement of the ambient light sensor can be used to control the ventilation system based on the occupancy of the room. Settings can be adjusted via Modbus RTU. The sensors transfer the measured values to the corresponding analogue output or a Modbus RTU register.

Temperature
Weather is an ever-changing aspect of our environment. Its conditions fluctuate on a daily basis, ranging from heavy rain one day to strong winds the next. These variations often result in unexpected temperature changes, impacting both indoor and outdoor environments. Temperature indicates the degree of heat or coldness. Air temperature specifically refers to the temperature of the air itself, without factoring in effects like wind chill or humidity, which can alter the perceived temperature.

The importance of maintaining optimal room temperature
Room temperature, also known as ambient temperature, refers to the average degree within a space where most individuals feel comfortable— neither excessively warm nor cold. It typically falls between 21°C to 25°C, referred to as the thermal comfort zone. This range may vary slightly from person to person, but it generally ensures a pleasant indoor environment. Experiencing excessively high surrounding temperatures can swiftly affect our bodies, causing us to feel sweaty and fatigued. Conversely, reducing the temperature too drastically can also negatively impact both our mental and physical well-being. The ability to concentrate reduces, and the primary need becomes seeking warmth.

The range between 18°C to 20°C is considered a slightly cooler environment, known as the tilting zone. However, it can feel as unpleasant but it is not regarded as unhealthy. Although it may feel uncomfortable, it doesn't pose any health risks. Many individuals find themselves comfortable in this temperature range. This is due to the reason that the cold creates a slight stress stimulus. This leads to a positive effect on the concentration levels when working. However, it is important to maintain a balance. Prolonged exposure to cold can shift from beneficial focus to discomfort, hindering productivity. So, while a bit of chill can sharpen your focus, it is essential to regulate exposure for optimal results.

It is important to be careful with cold temperatures, especially for those with heart issues or the elderly. Cold weather can raise blood pressure and strain the heart, which can be risky. While temperatures between 15°C to 17 °C are considered healthy for short periods or when active, they're not good for sitting still. Being in a room below 15°C for a long time has negative effects on our health. Since the perception of temperature can vary from person to person. It is also important to pay attention to the ventilation system of the room. By taking into account individual preferences and adjusting ventilation systems accordingly, maximum levels of comfort can be ensured to the occupants of the space.

Benefits of indoor transmitters
Our transmitters are a valuable addition to any home or office environment, offering numerous benefits. Here is why they are essential components to your indoor space.

Cost Savings - By reducing energy waste through efficient temperature control, our solutions contribute to substantial cost savings over time. Users can minimize their utility bills while enjoying a consistently optimal indoor environment.

Health Protection - Measuring humidity levels to safeguard against mold, mildew, and other allergens that thrive in excessively damp or dry conditions. By keeping humidity in check, our sensors help protect your respiratory health and overall well-being.

Convenience - Our sensors ensure that your indoor environment remains consistently comfortable without any effort required on your part. Whether at home or in the office, they automatically measure the space temperature, making it easy to maintain optimal comfort levels effortlessly.

Environmental Impact - Passive sensors help cut down on carbon emissions and lessen the environmental impact caused by using too much energy. Keeping room temperatures consistent is key to saving energy.

Effortless Integration - Our transmitters are designed for simplicity, making them easy to integrate into your existing infrastructure without extensive setup requirements. This user-friendly approach not only simplifies the adoption process but also minimizes the environmental impact typically associated with complex installations.
