How to remove an installation?
1. Select the correct installation and check if you are configurator of the installation that you want to delete.
Only configurators can delete an installation.2. Click Installation actions in the menu at the left side of your browser
Following options appear:
Archive - archives the installation and stops the monthly contribution fee.
Reconnect archived installation - re-activates an installation that was archived.
Replace the gateway - keep the installation and replace the internet gateway.
Delete installation - permanently delete the installation. The internet gateway can be used for another installation.
