I began my professional career at the age of 24 after completing my studies in Biomedical Laboratory Technology. During my education, I built a strong foundation in chemistry, biology, physics, and electronics. The program was highly practice-oriented, enabling me to combine theoretical knowledge with extensive hands-on laboratory experience. This training strengthened my analytical thinking, precision, and structured approach to problem-solving.

In my current role within warehouse operations, I am responsible for ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our customers. I carefully manage our incoming goods and outgoing shipments to guarantee quality and reliability. In addition, I inspect returned products and assess customer claims, applying a detail-oriented and objective evaluation process to determine appropriate solutions. My technical background supports me in analysing discrepancies systematically and maintaining high quality standards.

Throughout my career, I have continued to grow professionally while working alongside dedicated colleagues. I value teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and I remain committed to delivering reliable service and contributing to customer satisfaction.
