Solution description

This digital potentiometer controls EC fans. Fan speed can be adjusted continuous variable or in 2-10 steps. The fan speed can be manually set via the up and down arrows. By pressing the button with the green check mark during 4 seconds, the control signal can be activated or deactivated. The selected fan speed is visualised via the 7-segment LED display (% or step number). The control signal type, minimum value, maximum value and other parameter settings can be adjusted via Modbus RTU communication.
