A transmitter for HVAC systems that measures temperature, relative humidity, CO2, and ambient light intensity. 24 V DC is used as the supply voltage. A visual indication of the CO2 level is given by the red, yellow, and green LED indicators. Utilising three analogue outputs and Modbus RTU communication, the measured values are transmitted. 0-10 Volt is the standard output type. One can choose from a variety of output formats. It's possible to swap out the CO2 sensor component.
In many applications, the ambient light detection is used to control the ventilation system in function of the occupancy of the room. Through Modbus RTU communication, every setting is programmable. The LEDs used to indicate status also have a variable light output.
This carbon dioxide sensor is typically used in places like schools, offices, restaurants, etc. to monitor the level of carbon dioxide and determine whether enough fresh air is being pushed into the room.
