Reporting to:   Managing director Sentera Europa NV

- Translate product descriptions, data sheets and other technical documents in Portuguese language.
- Write content for the website and social media platforms in Portuguese language. Create news items for our Blog, write FAQs, create vlogs, etc. We want to share our knowledge of HVAC control solutions via the website and social media channels with our Portuguese customers and prospects.
- Answer the technical questions from the customers and create quotations.
- Maintain contact with the top customers in your language region via video calls.

- Keep the website up to date for your language.
- Report to the Managing director.
- Answer the questions of the customers in your language region. Add this information to the website as a FAQ or video.
- Backup for the other HVAC consultants during their absence (Illness/holiday periods).

- Bachelor or Master degree
- In depth knowledge of English and Portuguese language (native speaker)
- Strong commercial skills
- Result oriented and independent worker
- Affinity with social media
