To reinforce our sales team, we are looking for a business development manager. The main task of the business develop manager is to increase the business in the appointed sales region and to distribute product and application knowledge via the website. Gain new customers, expand existing business and share knowledge via the website in your language.
 
Share application knowledge
Our customers experience our products and solutions as innovative and easy to use. The ease of use of our products originates from our application knowledge. This application knowledge is achieved through good communication between the customer, R&D and the business development manager. The Business development manager acts as a key figure in the communication between the customer and our engineers. Thanks to this interaction, we can tailor our products and solutions to the market needs. As an expert in HVAC control solutions, we want to share our knowledge about typical HVAC applications with our customers. Content writing for the website in your language is an important part of the job.
 
Develop new business
Once you are familiar with our solutions and product range, you will become the contact point for your customers. You’ll be able to provide professional advice to the customer, quote the best solution for the customer’s application and answer their technical questions. Your knowledge of the local HVAC market allows you to detect new potential customers and convert them into customers.

Knowledge in Czech and English languages
We are looking for a profile with experience in the HVAC sector. Knowledge of electronics is a plus, but not a must. We prefer a Czech native speaker. Given the international character of our company, English is the standard working language.
